Yes. For administrative, health IT, and managerial healthcare roles, HIPAA is often a keyword signal. Include it in a Skills or Compliance section or in context within a role description. For clinical roles, it is assumed, but including it adds keyword weight when the job posting mentions it explicitly.
Format each rotation exactly like a work experience entry: position title, facility name, city, state, and date range in month-year format. Include bullet points describing your responsibilities and patient population. Missing any of these fields can cause the entry to be skipped by ATS parsers.
