- Quota attainment language is scanned as a keyword cluster. Phrases like exceeded quota, 120% of target, and top performer are extracted and scored. Vague language like "strong sales results" provides no measurable keyword signal.
- CRM tool names must appear as literal text. Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive are matched as exact strings. Describing CRM experience without naming the platform produces no keyword match for that specific tool.
- Sales methodology terms like MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, solution selling, and consultative selling are scanned as distinct keywords. Using methodology-aligned language without naming the framework leaves those keywords unscored.
